Carol Elias Zolla
Carol is a lawyer who is certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Carol graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law. She is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Silicon Valley Bar Association, and a former Editor of its newsletter, the Scrivener. She volunteers for the probate division of the Santa Clara County Superior Court and in the classroom at her children’s schools.

Carol has received an “AV® Preeminent” rating from Martindale.com and was named a "Northern California Rising Star 2011” by Super Lawyers magazine.

Carol has served on the Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law Advisory Commission to the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. She is the co-author of the book “The Trustee's Legal Companion: A Step-by-Step Guide to Administering a Living Trust.” She frequently speaks about estate planning topics to attorney organizations and parent groups.

Carol lives in Los Gatos with her husband and young children.
